In OPINION 51, both for visitors, customers, suppliers and candidates, we treat your personal data for purposes: (I) informative; (II) advertising; (III) administrative; (IV) and, in general for the provision of services requested to OPINION 51 through the means of communication available at that time by OPINION 51.
We hereby inform you that the personal data that you have provided us as identification data: (I) full name; (II) contact address; (III) telephone; (IV) e-mail; and/or (V) financial data and/or any other information related to the services of OPINION 51, prior authorization by the owner or person responsible for the data; OPINION 51 is solely responsible for the treatment, use, storage and/or disclosure of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of THE ORDINANCES.
OPINIÓN 51 guarantees in this act that your personal data will be stored and treated with the security measures established in the Law. The User, in relation to his personal data, may exercise his rights of access to personal data that OPINION 51 possesses, rectify his personal data when it is inaccurate or incomplete, cancel his personal data when he considers that it is excessive or unnecessary for the purposes of the treatment or when the contractual or service relationship has ended or oppose to provide his personal data (ARCO rights) for the purposes mentioned herein, as well as revoke his consent for the treatment of his personal data, in order that OPINION 51 stops making use of the same.
