In a journalistic exercise, let's enter the trendy place north of Mexico City where 15 to 25 year olds dance non-stop. The wristwatch of Alfredo Maya , manager and dj of the discotheque, has marked six o'clock in the evening. The turntable does not stop mixing and remixing the music, the young people are ecstatic because for many it is their first time in the club and for others, the place where they have a good time with friends, with the love in turn, with friends from high school or with the band ... that's what happens inside .... because outside there is another kind of noise; several patrol cars arrive surprisingly and surround the place, from one of them a man descends, his name is Guillermo Zayas González, single commander of UNIPOL and regional director 6 assigned to the secretary of public security of the Federal District, responsible for organizing and coordinating an operation in the News Divine under the argument - initial - that in this place alcohol and drugs were sold to minors, but that was a lie.
Now, let's turn back the hands of the clock two hours; that is, 4 o'clock in the afternoon.
4:00 p.m.

In that operation, Guillermo Zayas violated all administrative and legal procedures. In 2015, when middle commanders and police officers were acquitted, they literally said in court that "he did not know the purpose of the operation", "there was no document to support the legality of the operation", so that in the absence of a document such as the "general order of operations", the cowardly Zayas changed his original version deceitfully when he realized the tragedy he caused.
Zayas, deceitfully and deceitfully changed his version at the hearing and said that he went to the operation in support of the verifiers and at the request of the officials of the GAM delegation.

There is no solid evidence in the criminal file of the News Divine of the arguments presented by Guillermo Zayas throughout the process. He made use of all the relationships in his defense, one of them, that of Renato Sales Heredia and thanks to that protection he did not go to jail and a couple of days ago, the second criminal court ruled the statute of limitations for the crimes he committed: Homicide of young people and judicial police of the Public Security Secretariat.
Guillermo Zayas should and must be in jail because he has failed to comply with the precautionary measure imposed, they helped him by changing the modality of intentional homicide to culpable homicide. Court 19 of the Superior Court of Justice in charge -at that time- of Rafael Guerra with a guarantee of one million pesos to be free, and when he stopped signing in the eastern prison they issued an arrest warrant for him and he hid like rats do in the drainage system.
Why did he never come out to prove his evidence?
Guillermo Zayas has been and continues to be protected and there was a black hand for the prescription of the crimes. The News Divine case should not go unpunished. Francisco Chigüil himself did not know why an operation of that magnitude had been carried out. During the nine months he was in the Reclusorio Oriente, he was moved from the area of the new entrance to the women's area because he received threats inside the prison by the same men to whom he entered in exchange for medals and promotions, all of them cornered the former homicide prosecutor and as the codes in prison are respected, an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.
Zayas has not paid for what he did and covered up all the excesses that were committed such as the urine tests on the young people without the presence of a lawyer or their parents or guardians, that should have invalidated any ruling as the law explains.
The Mexico City Attorney General's Office cleaned up Zayas' mess and the question is: why does he go unpunished for 14 years when the minimum penalty for homicide is 20 years? What privilege does he enjoy and what is the basis for the statute of limitations for a coward who failed to sign in the prison, then hid and never showed his face?
The defense of Guillermo Zayas is formed by the law firm of Carrancá y Rivas, power firms that consign through favors and order through political relationships and corruption, causing high conflicts of interest.
The Supreme Court ruled that the document "general order of operations by instructions of Luis Rosales Gamboa to protect the legality of the operation" was fabricated on July 23. Miserable, the amount of violations to wipe Guillermo Zayas' hands clean of blood.
