There are certain anniversaries that were created to point out that there is an unresolved problem, an important and pending issue in societies so that, through awareness campaigns on different fronts, governments and states act and take measures, while also involving citizens in the solution of specific problems.
I am thinking, for example, of certain "international days" that serve to make information on issues of interest available to the general public, mobilize political will and resources to address public issues of global impact.
While November is a month that marks the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, of which studies, new pacts, claims, etc., will soon overflow, and in which I will continue to urge activism against any manifestation of violence, today I want to focus on a date that I am proud to feel part of, and that is the International Day of Women Entrepreneurs.
