What does it mean to respond to the historical moment? The concept has been so absurdly handled or manipulated that it has lost meaning for many, many people when they read or hear it.

This does not detract from its value. Let us try to understand that responding to the historical moment is something like an ideal in the behavior of the individual who assumes that he must do something that transcends, that after the moment in which it is done, it continues to have importance for the community, beyond his personal desires and needs.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
