Once upon a time...

Minister Yasmín Esquivel Mossa has the right not to resign because it has become clear to us that she has no ethics whatsoever. The right thing to do would have been to withdraw from her position as soon as the first signs of plagiarism of her thesis did not appear, but rather about the conflict of interest that clearly exists because she is the wife of the businessman-advisor-favorite of the 4T, José María Rioboó, who, it is worth mentioning, fights for the inheritance that his son Rodrigo left to his two children.

Yasmín Esquivel, with her actions, has caused an earthquake within the highest house of studies, the UNAM, which in no way deserves such a scandal. In the same way, she has splashed the legal work in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and to personalities of different spheres of the Attorney General's Office of Justice of the CDMX (in the plenary session she said that the Attorney General's Office had determined that she was the one who was kidnapped, a document that was leaked a day before and later denied); also to the notary's office, (the notary Amando Mastachi who on December 28 -the date says it all- very solicitous sinned of naivety or accused cronyism, attested the signature of Baez and who has affirmed that there is a recording that nobody has heard) and, apparently, we will not listen given the absence of denunciations. The minister has damaged institutions as Ele summarized yesterday in a masterly way in his cardboard for Opinion 51.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
