Along the way, the pumpkins fall into place, says the popular custom in an attitude of betting on time the process that suggests that the pieces are taking their place to better respond to the circumstances.

In theory the ruling party here and in ChinaIn theory, the party in power here and in China, has the chips in its favor since the strength of the State is not small and in the particular case of Mexico it also has a command in the Head of State, who does not stop to keep the forms, to observe the laws or to honor his word. I say the latter particularly because he swore to respect the Constitution and to be different from those he displaced, and there are plenty of examples that this has not happened.
