When every citizen goes out to vote, he or she is expressing his or her political will based on the democratic rules supported by our Constitution, which is the highest standard in the democratic life of our country. We are a constitutional democracy and, before the law, each one of us is equal.

Last Sunday, February 26, 2023, hundreds of thousands of people came out to express our disagreement with the reforms to the electoral laws promoted by the government of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador throughout the country.
