Conscious motherhood is a concept that has been gaining momentum in recent years, as women seek to live the experience of motherhood in a more informed and connected way with themselves and their children. In my book "My Pregnancy Journal" I explain how this is a valuable tool to accompany mothers-to-be on this journey of empowerment and personal growth.

I wanted to create a space that would provide detailed information about the development of the baby, physical and emotional changes during pregnancy, as well as tips for a healthy lifestyle. According to research published in the Journal of Midwifery & Women's Health, women who are informed and actively involved in their pregnancy have a greater perception of control and satisfaction with the experience of motherhood. Likewise, a study by the University of Manchester highlighted that women who keep a diary during pregnancy tend to face childbirth with greater confidence and self-esteem.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
