Last week, two events occurred which, in my view, represent two manifestations of the same story. On the one hand, the head of the Federal Executive presented to the Congress of the Union an initiative whose objective is to modify 22 laws on administrative matters. On the other hand, I had the opportunity to witness, involuntarily, a virtual discussion between two brilliant and outstanding minds, on a topic related to a message transmitted in the official media.

I will begin by describing the President's initiative in a very general way: its scope is of enormous depth, which is why the great discretion with which it was presented and the absence of analysis in the media is striking.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
