The heat wave we are experiencing has brought the National Electric System to the discussion table with questions such as whether or not the supply cuts that have occurred in various parts of the country are blackouts and an official promise that the state-owned company can meet the national demand without any problem.
In this column I am going to share with you, kind reader, an example of what the State-owned company can do to effectively fulfill its social function using the technology that the 21st century offers us and that requires it to focus mainly on building the main and secondary roads through which electrons circulate (transmission and distribution lines).
