This Sunday, March 5, marks the one-year anniversary of one of the most unfortunate stories in Mexican soccer.
That Saturday afternoon it seemed to be just another match between Querétaro and Atlas, but members of the so called "cheering groups" or barras of both teams, clashed in a pitched battle that left more than 25 injured, according to official reports, despite the Dantesque images, there were no deaths to lament; 10 people arrested at the beginning, later the number increased to 72, all linked to process and, of course, the indignation of the whole world reproaching the violent acts, including FIFA.
