What do you have to do to stand out in a men's field if you are a woman? That's the constant question we all ask ourselves every day. 

No one said it would be easy, no one bet on breaking the gender gap and continuing the legacy of women in the field.

A soccer game in 2004, only one game was enough to start to exploit the talent and give them the opportunity, but it was only 4 games and the curtain came down.

Being a professional referee is not an easy task, you receive a lot of insults from the stands and inside the field, you are accused of being a thief, of making mistakes that any professional, it seems, would not make, to be more exact, the suspicions of a possible fixed match fall, in the first instance, on the referee of a match, nobody or few think about the players.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
