With the Olympic Games just around the corner, with athletes focused on their upcoming competitions and as if it were a competition between national sports governing bodies to see who does more than the other, or who can outdo the other, once again, the National Commission of Physical Culture and Sports (CONADE) was the talk of the town, and not for the better.
If there was one person who firmly believed that the relationship between CONADE-COM (Mexican Olympic Committee) would improve with the arrival of Ana Gabriela Guevara at the head of the former, it was precisely the current president of COM, Maria José Alcalá.
