They say that great adventures and great enterprises begin with a "madman" who dreams them, a visionary who allows himself to observe and generate new things for a promising future, but whatDr. Ludwig Guttmann did gave hope for a better world.

Three years ago I was writing my first column in Opinion 51, it coincided with the end of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, there was so much to tell about that atypical summer competition, in which the pandemic left us with empty seats, only team members were allowed to be in the stands to watch their teammates compete.

That time I preferred to write about the club of 15 and it was thanks to the opening ceremony of those Paralympic Games. It was not as spectacular, perhaps, as the one we saw in Paris, where dozens of performers carried torches and formed the AgitosThe Paralympic Games symbol that means, in Latin, "I am in movement", music, celebrities, a parade of athletes along the Champs Elysees until reaching the Place de la Concorde, a spectacular scene; 3 years ago, the 15th marked me forever, being the percentage of people with disabilities in the world.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
