On April 30, the new National Code of Civil and Family Procedures, which was presented by the Justice Commission of the Senate of the Republic last week, will be sent to both chambers for approval and subsequent publication.

The new National Code of Civil and Family Procedures is composed of ten books, 1191 articles and twenty transitory provisions.
