If we open any book on entrepreneurship we will find a common word: "resistance", all the people who talk about this subject remind us that this is a hard road, in an environment where 80% of the businesses will not exceed two years of existence. So, what happens next with the companies that resisted? There are fewer voices explaining what to do after they have succeeded, because in the end, the idea of an organization is that it outlives its people. I think the key word here is "transformation", knowing how to adjust to new times, to the economy, to society, to technology, being flexible enough for a world that is not the same as it was the week before. And Club 51 has just made a series of announcements that are a reflection of this great capacity for transformation and of Roberto Díaz's keen vision.

Club 51 was born as a business club and in its beginnings it met every inch of the perfect definition of Toby's Club: cigars, suits, whiskeys, and this and many other texts I have written from here, sitting in a perfect space to work, where we have had countless meetings and events related to the presence of women in the media, this place that shouted "man" in its beginnings, is since two years ago, the home of Opinion 51. And I say this because the participation of more businesswomen and entrepreneurs is one of the goals that Roberto had in mind since he opened the doors. Having more women as members is a win, win, win, for us it is a brutal space to work and network (not to mention the view), and the experiences and exchange of knowledge among all members enriches us all. But it is one thing to talk about inclusion and another to carry it out. We have witnessed this transformation, but what has just happened puts our foot on the accelerator.

Last week, they announced that Unicoin is in the process of acquiring 20% of Club 51 and Silvina Moschini, CEO of Unicorn Inc. and founder of Unicoin, will be the first woman to sit on the board of the Club, which currently has three members. The alliance also seeks to support international expansion as they plan to open spaces in Miami, London, Madrid and Dubai in the next four years, becoming the first Latin American club with a global presence.

Inclusion is not only fair, and that should be enough, it is more than proven that it is a great business decision, congratulations Roberto and all the people who have transformed a space that seemed marked with a "only for men" to become one where many words fit. The whole Opinión 51 family wishes you the best of success.

I want a cigar to celebrate.
