President Andrés Manuel López Obrador's constitutional reform initiatives on education are good news for the sector, because leaving out several of the programs promoted by his administration opens the door to recover from the disaster, neglect and lack of expertise to improve the teaching task and the quality of the system.

By not including at least three of the reforms promoted in basic education, I consider it a tacit acknowledgement that your administration is not satisfied with what has happened with the textbooks, the New Mexican School and the School is Ours.

Let's go by parts. If we talk about the teachers, what has been noticed in the last hours is a revolt in the blessed social networks by the teachers, led by their leader Alfonso Cepeda, general secretary of the National Union of Education Workers, who has launched the war cry: Out with Usicam!

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
