On Sunday, August 23, we joyfully attended the celebration of the women's soccer world championship. Yes, some of us like to kick the ball and others like to watch it, even if only on television. The comparisons are inevitable: it is a cleaner, more honest and just as spectacular a game as the soccer played by men, that of a lifetime. And even when the world's newspapers should be talking about the triumph of some players who had to overcome the rival teams as well as the internal and inevitable enemies within the Spanish Football Federation... there is no talk of anything other than the bad behavior of the president of the federation, of his arrogance, vulgarity, condescension and unconsciousness. Of his irresponsibility towards the groups he "represents". Of his machismo.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
