Chronic pain can be triggered by situations unrelated to a physical stimulus. For example, there may be back pain secondary to a physical problem of the vertebrae, intervertebral discs and spinal nerves. It may also be that the brain remembers pain in the past, without there currently being a physical problem, and we cannot differentiate the memory from a present event. We experience pain equally and if it is a memory, it is difficult for pain medication to erase the memory.
This meditation is to reset the memory box and separate a current pain from a memory that is stimulated by emotions, smells, situations, among others.

At the end of the meditation drink water, breathing deeply with each sip of water.

If you have never meditated, just follow my voice.

Enjoy!
