I am a cook, apprentice and admirer of the line, color, perspective, harmony and textures of the great painters. I also like to be Mexican and a woman of my time who is passionate about the theme and fantasy of gastronomy in art.
It is well said that cooking is an art, but many times we do not reflect on this statement. That is why this Mexican cook, only for today away from the stove, will take you with pen and paper, as in a stew, to understand and enjoy certain curiosities and eccentricities that will give us another horizon when we look at a dish or pay attention to our table. Thus, we will never again look at or taste the dishes and utensils that accompany us in the same way.
I dare say that art is also cooking. By this I mean to affirm that, as in any worthwhile romantic relationship, there are always two sides, that is, "back and forth", to build a "succulent" romance.
