Psychiatrist Brian Weiss, author of the bestseller Many Lives, Many Masters and fervent advocate of reincarnation, states that throughout the many lives that our soul travels we have the experience of living different creeds, religions, ethnicities, social positions, genders, and that if we were aware of this, empathy, compassion and unconditional love for others would arise naturally.

You may or may not believe in reincarnation, but if we could observe the divine spark that each one of us has inside, if we could see that what happens to one happens to all, if we could be aware that "we are all one": things would be very different.

We live in a dual world that every day gives the impression of becoming more polarized; we only need to look at the daily news, see what is happening in other countries or in our own, or observe the external and internal wars to prove it.

Hence the importance of being aware that there is a law of correspondence that states: "as above so below, as without so within".

I don't know how you have lived these last few days, but my soul has ached. At times I have been filled with fear and despair at the chaos we are generating in our world. Everywhere you turn there seems to be no peace: from a chat room, a demonstration, a country or many. And in the face of this there can be several positions: those who become radicalized and only see one position; those whose pain blinds them to listen to other visions; those who freeze and decide not to see beyond their beliefs; those who choose to enact greater uncertainty or those who decide to establish a dialogue; those who remain open; those who do not lose faith and continue fighting for a world in which it is worthwhile to continue living.

And if as it is "inside is outside", I believe it is time to take care of "our inside" by seeking to create peace within ourselves through breathing, meditation and reflection, becoming critical observers of polarization and avoiding falling into it, staying empathetic and above all, tuning in to love and compassion.

It may be a difficult matter at this time, but it is not impossible. Let us raise our frequency and unite our loving energy sending it with intention to those who need it, let us not underestimate our creative force .
