Whenever a year begins, we are charged with Capricornian energy, which goes in search of goals and the fulfillment of objectives. Our list of intentions arises almost spontaneously and we begin to make a good number of them to fulfill during the following months.
Generally, the list of resolutions begins with health issues: eat healthy, lose "x" number of kilos, give up any addiction such as smoking, alcohol or sugar, sleep at least 8 hours a day and exercise.
If we talk about relationships: getting or leaving a partner, socializing, being more tolerant, strengthening bonds, seeing friends more, or learning to set limits.
