No. Human rights should not exist.

Give me a few moments, before anxiety explodes in your head and you want to hurl your electronic device towards my location, somewhere in the Universe.

Human rights represent respect for the dignity of the human being and are presented as indispensable for the integral development of the person. They were universally proclaimed in 1948, which is why they are included in international treaties and countless laws. Their defense and protection are found in our Political Constitution since 1992. They are quite young human rights. The Second World War (1939-1945), forced a deep and somewhat embarrassed international reflection on the ethics and legality of certain human actions that arise from the inalienable condition of freedom that people have.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
