What can I tell you, that last Thursday I had the opportunity to attend a resilience event, an empowerment forum and a gathering of voices that converge beyond the cause of feminism in the banner of equality and dignity.

The forum I am talking about can be the chronicle of emancipated women who told, from the diversity that unites them, their life stories and how difficult it is to be a woman in a world dominated by the patriarchal system and the status quo.

The event was organized by the coordinator of PRD Deputies, Luis Chazaro, called Mujeres Chilangas Xingonas. Of course, the "X" is an open reference to one of the women who is reinventing the national political chess: the virtual candidate for the Frente Amplio por México Xóchitl Gálvez, who although she was not present, was a constant quote among the panelists in the fullness of the recognition that among women we admire and encourage each other, overturning the macho myth that the opposite is true.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
