Shamefully, dishonorably and despicably she is a judge, yes a woman, she is the bishop that has the network of unpunished pedophiles within the Judiciary.

In Mexico, denouncing gender violence, vicarious violence, sexual violence or seeking protection for your children is an act of courage that many mothers have paid for with their own freedom, the persecution is unimaginable.

The bishop, let me tell you, is the same judge who imprisoned Ana María Orozco Castillo, the now ex-wife of the former president of the SCJN, Genaro David Góngora Pimentel.

Surely you remember her, she was imprisoned and after the media scandal, "quesque" they realized that there were NO elements.

In this same space I have documented how it existed under the protection of Ulises Lara, Miguel Angel Barrera, children's prosecutor and Guillermo Sesma as head of the Network of Rapists in which we can add Bernardo Vogel, Edgar Gonzalez, among many others. This network has been dismantled by the District Attorney of the CDMX, Bertha Alcalde, when she removed the corrupt prosecutor.

Today I will talk about another network, the network of aggressors that still operates with total impunity, persecuting and punishing those who dare to break the silence about child sexual violence. Prominent among them is Manuel Horacio Cavazos Lopez, a former magistrate with influence in the courts, who has played a key role in protecting perpetrators and repressing protective mothers.

In the modus operandi that I have been presenting to you, Maha, Regina, Mafer Turrent and the same thing they wanted to do with Mariel Albarrán, who dared to denounce the former rapist magistrate, Manuel Horacio Cavazos López, who plays a very important role in this network.

With Ernestina Godoy at the head of the Attorney General's Office of the CDMX, seven investigation files were opened against Mariel for speaking out and defending her daughters.

And speaking of these cases, I cannot fail to mention Olivia Rubio, a lawyer who found a business representing powerful aggressors, she took on the task of finding them and offering her services, yes, she specialized in representing pedophiles and persecution of mothers, she represented Manuel Horacio Cavazos Lopez and as you read, Mariel was even denounced for breathing for protecting her daughters.

Later, it sought Miguel Ángel Espíndola Bustillos, Notary Public 120, also indicted for child sexual violence.

Later, "coincidentally" she came to the defense of Guillermo Sesma and the same thing happened with Regina, a fierce persecution, she was put on trial and the judge who dared was none other than Nelly Ivonne Cortés Silva, a fundamental piece in this machinery of injustice .

And although you are not here to know, let me tell you that her promotion in the Judiciary of Mexico City is no coincidence: she owes it to none other than Cavazos López. In fact, she was his partner at the National Institute of Criminal Sciences and left her place in the 69th Criminal Court of Santa Martha, when he jumped to become a magistrate.

From its position, it has issued resolutions that criminalize mothers seeking justice for their children.

So it is no coincidence that it was she who ordered the imprisonment of the ex-wife of Minister Góngora Pimentel, Ana María Orozco Castillo, come on, -inhale and exhale- she is in charge of the dirty work inside the Judiciary of Mexico City and even more so if it is those who placed her in that position.

In 2013, the case of Ana María Orozco Castillo brought to light possible abuses of power within the Mexican judicial system. Orozco was accused of generic fraud by Góngora Pimentel, who alleged that she had acquired a property with funds provided by him and registered it in his name instead of putting it in the name of their children in common. This accusation led to Orozco's imprisonment in Santa Martha Acatitla.

And as I told you, the judge in charge of her case was precisely Nelly Ivonne Cortés Silva, who, despite the lack of sufficient evidence, sustained the process that deprived Orozco of her freedom until she finally had to be released, thanks to social pressure.

This case generated controversy due to accusations of influence peddling by Góngora Pimentel and put Judge Cortés Silva's performance in the spotlight.

Now, this is the same judge who on September 3, 2024, sentenced to trial Regina Seemann, who denounced Guillermo Sesma for having sexually violated her children, the aggressor represented by Olivia Rubio, the same one who represented the ex-magistrate rapist, yes, the same one who left Judge Nelly Ivonne Cortés Silva in her place in the 69th court in Santa Martha, too many coincidences, right? This is a judge by consignment since the administration of Edgar Elías. You be the judge.

In fact, while doing my job I attended that hearing and I heard her say, words more words less: "Mrs. Regina, I am going to commit you to trial because the evidentiary standard of the prosecution is almost nil. I recommend that you check that you be judged with a gender perspective, because I have seen that you and your children have been violated by Mr. Guillermo" That's how cynical she is!

Prosecutor Bertha Alcalde, Secretary of Women, Citlali Hernandez in three weeks Regina Seemann, has a hearing with this same judge to end the farce of the folder binding to process quesque for false statements in her divorce.

Ah! the complaint filed by Regina against Guillermo Sesma, for rape, sexual harassment and sexual violence against children under 12 years of age, thanks to the ethics of the new prosecutor. Bertha Alcalde is finally being duly integrated. Lord Cúspide, Ulises Lara, how can you sleep, having a daughter and having lent yourself to so many injustices and aggressions against children. UNAM, this individual should be facing a judge, not teaching in your classrooms, shame on you!

-Set up well to continue reading-.

The connection between Cavazos López and Cortés Silva is only the tip of the iceberg of a network of powerful people who protect each other.

These alliances within the judiciary not only guarantee impunity for the aggressors, but also punish the mothers who denounce. Institutional violence is a reality that destroys lives. Yes, this is what the mothers who only ask for justice and protection for their daughters and sons are fighting against.

I would tell them to close their eyes and imagine the following, but they would stop reading, however, they can do the exercise after reading the following:

Imagine: the pain of knowing that your children were sexually abused, that for raising your voice you will be persecuted by the prosecutor's office and the judiciary, that you will have to defend yourselves, that you will have to hire lawyers for your children's files and for the files that will be invented for you, and on top of all this you will have to help your children and help them to heal those wounds. Oh, and work to get ahead. How? At what time? Well, they are also afraid, they want to cry, and they also feel deeply frustrated and disappointed. Can you cope? Could you? Mothers can handle that and more, but they also get tired. Now, what if the raped were your children? What if you were the one being persecuted? Would you act the same way? Would you sleep the same way? OBVIOUSLY NO.

Having read the above, we demand, if we so DEMAND that the Congress of Mexico City be aware of the actions of Nelly Ivonne Cortés Silva, with folio RJPJ-250129-528, who incredibly appears in the three lists to occupy an elected position in the Judiciary of Mexico City. No more corruption.
