"If anything happens to me, I hold Ulises Lara, Guillermo and Jesús Sesma responsible," says Ana Katiria Suárez. This defender of human rights, of women, girls and boys is living an unjust persecution, a smear campaign for "not stopping her". Just as you are reading it. This campaign is orchestrated by her first cousins Guillermo and Jesús Sesma, yes the one from the Green Party and who today is the president of the Jucopo (Junta de Concertación Política) of the Mexico City Congress, who have moved everything heaven, sea and earth so that the complaint against Guillermo for sexual assault of his children does not move and instead, put his ex-wife in jail.
This tragic story began on February 14, 2024 when one of Ana Katiria's nephews, son of Regina Seemann and her first cousin Guillermo Sesma, began to show signs of anxiety because he had to go with his father the next day and did not want to go. The child after knowing that he did not have to go, if he did not want to, he immediately said: "Really? I have to go tell my sisters.
As a result, Regina and Ana Katiria filed a complaint for domestic violence and, after several sessions with private psychologists and the Mexico City District Attorney's Office, also for sexual abuse.
Because of this, the Sesma's began to accuse Ana Katiria, Regina and many of their defendants of being a network of extortionists.
Reality always trumps fiction.
According to the lawyer and human rights defender, the Sesma family, supported by Lord Cúspide, Ulises Lara, head of the Attorney General's Office, fabricated an investigation file against Ana Katiria in the Special Affairs Prosecutor's Office for allegedly leading a network of extortionists. They want to silence her by putting her in jail just like Regina.
"Putting me in jail to shut me up is NOT going to take away the pain of those three children. It will not heal their souls or their bodies. In addition to my cousins, they were joined by a group of rapists to attack me because I am the lawyer for their victims. Guillermo thinks that by doing this digital black political campaign he could excuse himself from any sanction for his behaviors", says Ana Katiria.
Selective justice
Guillermo succeeded in bringing his ex-wife Regina Seemann to trial for having lied in their divorce. To put it in context, I have been trying for 2 years and 8 months to prosecute a case against the confessed criminal Emilio Lozoya for the same crime, false statements, and I have not been able to do so. In fact, my lawyer Jovita Coello has already been told that I am NOT going to get any justice because I have them screwed (sic) and that if I stop writing about the Prosecutor's Office and Ulises they might reconsider the matter.
Back to the indictment, that day I went with Regina and Ana Katiria to the hearing in the Santa Martha Acatitla courts. Both the public prosecutor of the Mexico City District Attorney's Office and Olivia Rubio, Guillermo's lawyer, who did NOT show up and Ana Katiria's former partner, wanted to take me out of the hearing, asking the judge for a hearing without an audience and the only audience was me. The judge did not allow it since with the new accusatory criminal system the hearings are public.
He who owes nothing, fears nothing? So?
They only managed to get me out when they would read the children's reports, arguing the best interests of the minors. Cynical. It goes without saying that I have read all the expert reports.
After a lengthy hearing we heard the judge say:
"Mrs. Regina, although I have seen that you and your children have been violated by Mr. Sesma, I am going to prosecute you"... "As the standard of proof of the Prosecutor's Office is MINIMUM, with the mere fact of being denounced, I must prosecute you. Oh, and ask for her to be judged with a gender perspective.
Unreal to say the least, isn't it? Why didn't she do it at that very moment?
The aggressor has an investigation file that has all the elements to be prosecuted and they do not do it. What minimum standard, the decisions made in the Prosecutor's Office are completely discretionary, only the files of those who can pay the cost demanded by corruption move forward.
The reason Regina recorded her first video was to defend her friends and their lawyer because Guillermo was digitally defaming them.
Justice in the times of Lord Cusp is surreal
Do you remember when we saw a video on networks in which we heard a rapist tell his wife: "I'm a fucking psycho... you listen to me and don't play games with me and get on your knees, get on your knees, asshole, or I'll kill your brothers"?
The victim of extreme vicarious violence is Mafer and it is she who is being prosecuted, not him. Even so, Guillermo Sesma accuses her of being part of the extortion network.
Another example is that of Maha, whom we have seen being violated by her own children who suffer parental interference by their father Bernardo Vogel. We also saw in another video, when Maha claims to her father-in-law, Guillermo Vogel, that, knowing he never told her that her son had complaints for kidnapping and extortion and he replied: "and you were raped and had an abortion and you never told us". Without words.
As if this were NOT enough, Maha was assaulted by Guillermo Sesma and his collective on Monday, December 9 outside the Mexico City District Attorney's Office.
Maha arrived by chance just at the same time Guillermo arrived to support, "ojo, eh", Diego N, the IPN kid, accused of raping women by sharing pornography in cyberspace using artificial intelligence, and upon seeing Maha, he accused her of being an extortionist and of being linked to the process for "pinching her children", you read that right, for pinching her children, Maha, showing her chastity, answered him, "you are a pedophile and you abused your children in the bathtub and in the shower".
There, outside the Prosecutor's Office, Guillermo showed once again how violent he can be. He shouted, yelled and made fun of Maha, telling her "you are nervous, your cheeks are shaking" and she replied: "howdisgusting, you have food in your teeth" Ouch!
All of this was videotaped by the collective of Diego N's victims who went to demand justice accompanied by the collective of Olimpia Coral, the promoter of the Olimpia law, who ended up being assaulted by Guillermo and his "No more innocent men in jail" foundation.
So how are they a network of extortionists if they are the victims, NOT the perpetrators?
The Judiciary of Mexico City bound them for NOTHING.
Rafa Guerra, there is an area of opportunity here to improve justice for women and children who are victims of violence.
The case of Mariel Albarrán, although not part of this alleged "network", is also worthy of being made visible, because she raised her voice because her daughters were raped by her now ex-husband, the biological father of the girls, and they fabricated 7 investigation files for her, and the rapist, former magistrate... Thank you very much!
What is happening to us as a society that we allow this?
Women who speak out against their rapists are labeled as crazy, whores, extortionists. Although vicarious violence is already a crime, the victim is always doubted and never the rapist.
The doctor , the king of induced labor, Luján, who on December 13, 2024 had his initial hearing for having raped at least 100 pregnant women who have already raised their voices, is defended by many other women who argue that everything is a ruse of his ex-wife because she is crazy! She was sick with jealousy! What's wrong with them? She has lived through hell because Luján took her children away from her the hard way. Oh, and to these saliva defenders, she informed them that the doctor did not show up at his initial hearing presenting a medical excuse that if he moves he could become paralyzed, because he has lumbar pain. Rather, the cowardly Lujan was terrified to face all the atrocities he did to at least 100 women and their newborn babies.
Why does society accuse without evidence? Why do they defend rapists? If the victims were their mother, daughter, cousin or grandmother, would they think and act the same way? Obviously, no.
We all have a friend who has been a victim, but no one has a perpetrator friend.
According to the UN, only 3% of rape reports are false. For every rape reported, there are 80 that go unreported.
The modus operandi of these violators by the hand of Ulises and local judges is as follows:
Their folders as victims never move or advance, but the ones they open for them and turn them into victims advance with a speed never seen before.
Since wickedness has no limits, if a person has two open files against him/her and is brought to trial, the prosecutor's office can ask the judge to give them unofficial imprisonment due to the risk of flight and that is what they want to do at least to Regina, who has a hearing on December 18 so that no one notices and put her in jail, Maha and Mafer, for committing the heinous crime of NOT keeping quiet and being defended by Ana Katiria, cousin of the Sesma family.
