Complexities and uncertainty have always been part of life on this planet; however, the pandemic brought about a profound change in our perception of the world and led us to reflect on our lives and what we considered valuable, as individuals, as communities and as companies.
The COVID pandemic transformed our rhythm of life and so, despite the complexities and uncertainties, we are seeing a change in the planet. The world's population is becoming aware of global issues and is also searching for a new meaning of life.
In the midst of corruption, authoritarian, self-centered and ignorant governments and politicians, as well as violence and criminality that seem to be taking hold and threaten to invade all spheres of life, it is estimated that young people, especially the so-called generation Z and millennials, are crying out for a paradigm shift. And they are not waiting for their governments or leaders to do it, they are trying to build their own. This is especially evident in the way they view the world of work and how they perceive consumption.
