Not even if they appoint a profile akin to Morena as commissioner of the National Transparency Institute (INAI), the senators of the majority party in the Upper House are determined to leave the Institute inoperative for four more months, which is the duration of the recess in Congress before the closing of the ordinary session.

And everything was going well, when at midday on Thursday the coordinator of the Morena senators, Ricardo Monreal, said that an "agreement" had been reached to vote on the vacancy that corresponds to a man. Therefore, it was determined that Ricardo Salgado Perrilliat would be the Commissioner nominated and with this the Transparency Institute could operate. Since the other vacancy, that of the woman, has a provisional suspension, after the veto of the President of the Republic.
