It was shameful to see Morena deputies supporting the presentation and voting of the ruling to dismiss the request for the desafuero of Deputy Cuauhtémoc Blanco, but even more despicable, undignified and submissive, that they gave up their time in the tribune, when the former governor of Morelos was not even enlisted. The same Morenistas even violated the rules of the Congress in order to give the alleged rapist the opportunity to close the round of interventions. This is the literal representation that they came to power, to cover up whoever assaults a woman.

Beyond the spectacle we saw in the San Lazaro Plenary, we must talk about something urgent and that is the bottom line of this matter, the spaces of power still do not belong to us, because those who represent us, vote with fear, they retract, they are being reconvened by the lords in power. The same who decide which women will reach the positions, put and remove at will, those who do not align with their interests.

Machismo was breathed in the corridors, in the plenary and in the highest tribune of the country, every moment from the interviews and interventions during the session felt like a slap in the face to the feminist struggle. From the Morena congressman Pedro Haces, who in an interview boasted of being the most "feminist"; to the presentation of congressman Hugo Erick Flores, president of the investigating section, affirming that with the resolution to dismiss the request for the desafuero of Cuauhtémoc Blanco they were "safeguarding the right of the victim" For God's sake, he only had to say that the victim was Cuauhtémoc Blanco.

Another dose of machismo was given by the Board of Directors, Deputy Sergio Gutiérrez Luna was like a sold-out referee, he closed the microphone to his Morena colleague, the president of the Gender Equality Commission, Anais Miriam Burgos. In addition, he allowed the violation of the rules of the Congress, by letting the ex-football player finish off the game in the tribune, when he was not even listed in the interventions. And the one who pointed out his fault was the deputy of the Labor Party, Margarita García when she told him: "How unfortunate that you gave the floor to a possible violator! It is not the first time you break an agreement, you are not at home here!".

The Morenista bench voted divided, while the Labor Party, being an ally of Morena, did not accompany its bloc, with the supposed agreement that Cuauhtémoc Blanco would present himself before the Morelos Prosecutor's Office and with immunity. In the words of Congresswoman Lilia Aguilar, who despite being a defender of the 4T, also told them her truths: "With all due respect! Tell me which finger do you want us to suck?"

The vice-coordinator of the Morenista bench, Gabriela Jiménez, was bent at the point of threats of losing her position, after having stated in a communiqué that she would vote against rejecting the ruling and, oh, surprise! In the end she voted in abstention.
