I left in the morning to take Mila to the vet, she was due for her vaccination. On the way I encountered so little civility, so many wrong things on the part of the citizens that I ended up with very little hope that we can evolve as a society.
For starters, on the corner where the street garbage cans are, extra large bags full of garbage next to the small containers that the delegation puts out for the waste you bring in your hand, not for that of your stall, your restaurant or home.
Anyway, we continued on our way until we reached the church, well to one side of the church because the car, of some good Catholic who went to Sunday mass, was blocking the pedestrian walkway because I guess he had to park it there because he was in a hurry to go and listen to all the good things Jesus did for others. I wrote to the mayor's office to send a tow truck to remove it and we continued our walk, but not before we ran into the man who was washing the sidewalk of his house with hoses, I told him that in the CDMX we had a serious problem of shortage and that he should please take care of it; to which he answered me: "don't get involved, old busybody! Mila started to get stressed by the vibe of the gentleman, I guess too, and we went on our way again when I started to realize that Peso Pluma painted all over my neighborhood to promote his show or tour, I don't know; the joke is that the walls, the floor, the top, the post, everything is painted with his name... it made me angry.
Anyway, they gave Mila the shot, not Peso Pluma, and we started our way back, honestly, I was already in the attitude of a street inspector and I realized that in fact all the street stalls are hanging from the public light, what citizens! Sadly, I walked a few steps and wham! I found an active construction site on Sunday. Gentlemen builders, on Sunday private works that are not an exception can not build, neighbors need to rest; I reported them to the delegation and again we grabbed step back whenooo, it seems unbelievable but there is more, a lady from an apartment shook her sheets on me, but in what head fits, nor that we were in the Middle Ages, is like those who water and put a hole in your terrace for the water to drain to the street and you get wet when you pass. I can't put emoji here, but I would put a very angry face. I told her what was wrong with her?!!!, she played dumb and went home. We were already a block away going around the street behind my building when we passed in front of the neighbor's house who uses Sundays to vacuum and wash -with a device that makes great noise- the cars of his house, at some point I thought he had opened a business of something but no, he uses Sunday off to make noise .... When I arrived I found a home vulcanizer, a truck parked in front of my house because he fixes the tires of the cars in the adjoining building and obviously another 2 hours of noise.
