By the way, the elections were local.
The elections in Coahuila and the State of Mexico were local. I recall this here to complement the brilliant analyses on the national PRI, the opposition alliance for 2024 and the strategies of the national president of Morena. All of this deserves attention, but also the people of Mexico and Coahuila.
In the State of Mexico there is a new local political era. You have never seen it, you will see it. The de facto arrangements, the agreements with unions, the resistance of bureaucrats, the attempts of the new government to seduce the media, the resistance of the former ruling class to let go of the agenda. The Judiciary has to oil its communication mechanisms to deal with all other caste and the legislative benches, today split in half, will have to choose their strategy: negotiate or succumb or obstruct.
