Paris is a party, Hemingway wrote and everyone says, but today Paris is a huge, stinking dump where tourists wander around photographing black bags, overflowing cans and if they are lucky, a rat.

There are more than 7 thousand tons of garbage scattered in the streets of this capital that, more than a city, is a longing. Paris stands for western culture, gastronomic sophistication, wealth, the splurge of monarchs on the sidewalks, squares, museums and bridges. Intramural life is difficult, but in the street is the beauty. Paris is the public space that many metropolises dream of.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
