Luisa María Alcalde is the new head of the country's domestic policy. She will have to negotiate with the Congress, deal with the governors, handle the internal disagreements of the legislators of her own party... ah heck, it seems that she will have it easy because this government does not negotiate with the factions in the Congress, has the governors under control and does not come up against non-conformist legislators of her own party.
These are not the only tasks, but they are the ones that build in our collective imagination the idea of a strong Secretary of the Interior, who can seduce or impose himself, who knows how to move like a shark or an eel in the corridors where different species of snakes do their thing.
