This Saturday's attack seems to have taken everyone by surprise.

6:30 a.m. Saturday, October 7: Hamas begins an unprecedented air missile attack on Israel that has become the worst nightmare of its citizens near the Gaza border; the Israeli-Palestinian border already accustomed to living under permanent tension.

7:35 a.m.: Hamas terrorist units in cars and motorcycles began to invade Israel driving through towns near Gaza shooting and killing every citizen who passed their way, breaking into civilian homes and taking hostages, including women and babies.
