Why is there a day that reminds us of this topic? Is it important to inspire and generate new contexts that allow women not only to participate but to lead these fields of study?

February 11 is the International Day of Girls and Women in Science, a date that undoubtedly invites us to continue promoting the gender perspective in STEM areas (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), which have traditionally been masculinized areas.

According to data from the Inter-American Development Bank in Mexico, only 36% of the 20 highest paid occupations are women and 64% of the 10 lowest paid occupations are women. Why is this?

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
