Where are the lesbians, I ask myself every time I arrive at an LGBT+ event, because usually most of them are gay men, more and more trans people, little by little more bisexuals but...what about the lesbians?

Have you seen lesbians in public office? Have you seen them in the movies? In the media? In politics? On magazine covers? On stage? Running companies?

On April 26th, the day of lesbian visibility was commemorated. It began in Spain in 2008, it is a day of awareness and vindication, with the aim of normalizing lesbianism and ending prejudice. It is about putting the focus on a reality that has been traditionally invisibilized, masking the erotic-affective relationships between women, disguising them, condemning them to remain private.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
