In the fast pace of Mexico City, where every corner tells its own story, I had the pleasure of meeting a noble cab driver co-driver. He is Sultan, his master's watchful guardian and imposing dog whose presence permeates respect and security.
When I took the cab I had not noticed the presence of the dog in the passenger seat, but when I became aware of his company I expressed my respects with an affectionate, childish tone of voice, "a chiquion tone", as my grandmother would say: "Oh, what a beautiful baby, what a wonderful dog, a little caregiver" I exclaimed.
