Women are the new economic paradigm and there is no doubt about it. More and more women are deciding to transform their professional path, to make it grow, to become entrepreneurs. It is not the reason that matters, but the action: to promote and activate the independence and autonomy of women, to enhance their visibility and ensure that they occupy more workplaces in all possible areas. The challenge is complex but not impossible, much less if there is an unwavering community.

The catalytic effect of women is generated like a domino effect. All it takes is for one piece to start moving for all of them to begin to find their place in the game. The same happens when a woman advances, grows, works and achieves: her story and the power of her effort and discipline become the engine that pushes those behind her, all those women who, even from a distance, accompany her. Because at the end of the day, the growth of one will become the growth of all.

As president of the Asociación Mexicana de Mujeres Jefas de Empresa (AMMJE), of this tribe of tireless women, I have realized the relevance of feminine strength, a collaborative strength rather than an enemy, a strength that manifests itself as a whole and celebrates the triumph of one and the triumph of all in the same way. Women in community who speak the same language, who share the same values and with whom a network of support has been formed that, beyond inspiring, has become a spearhead to maximize the role of women in the economic life of Mexico.

The decision to belong to this Association was precisely because from the beginning I found everything that as a businesswoman I always looked for: hands that push me, minds that will motivate me, stories that will challenge me to continue and never stop. And that is what happens when women unite, limits are forgotten, resilience prevails and the desire to be agents of change becomes the motive for all of us, not only for ourselves, but for our community.

The great value of seeing women in community represents more than we sometimes imagine. It is not about being enemies of anyone, but about making mutual recognition become that common denominator that drives us to add more women to our strength. It is also about empathy, about listening and putting ourselves in other women's shoes. It is about fostering autonomy, generating strategic alliances. It is about crossing professional boundaries and constantly building new paths of growth. It is about doing it for one and all.

Women in community find value even in the differences, we forget about competition to concentrate on support and impulse. We make talent visible and empower it, because at the end of the day, the recognition of one woman will soon become the recognition of all Mexican women. Team building, from AMMJE and from anywhere, is synonymous with new businesses, better opportunities, better training and an effective and transformative development that impacts all areas of women entrepreneurs in Mexico and, why not, in the world.

Breaking away from stereotypes is the challenge that should keep us constant, because there are no longer any reasons to forget or put aside professional and personal fulfillment. Today, history is being written at an accelerated pace, and we women have to be the ones who leave the mark not only for ourselves and those who come after us, but also for the next generations, for all those girls and young women who at some point will transform the world into a community. That is our task.
