This Sunday we will celebrate Father's Day, a date that lends itself to reflect on the pending issues that society and governments have for the performance of a full fatherhood and stop the gap that still exists between men and women in the care of children.

It is worth reiterating, until it is understood, the important role of the father figure in Mexican homes and how this reality of inequality can be changed through government agencies, the modification of laws and the involvement of the business sector.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
