Feminicides, not monsters

Is sensitivity and empathy from the media possible? Will we ever matter to the authorities in charge of seeking and exercising justice?

A new case of femicide shook everything. The epicenter, Mexico City in Iztacalco and it seems to me that, unfortunately, by mentioning the mayor's office you can tell which case I am talking about.

If I'm honest, when I heard about it I avoided watching the first reports, I didn't have to look very hard because it suddenly became a topic of conversation in networks. Suddenly, words like "monster" or "Jeffrey Dahmer" were clear references to the subject.

For those who may not use the networks or do not know about this case, suffice it to say that the story became known after the mother of the victim of femicide managed to escape, a man responsible for the crime was arrested and later it was learned that he was involved in more femicides... a terrible case.
