Great Place To Work, the global firm that evaluates work cultures, published the Best Places to Work for Women in Mexico in 2023. This list seeks to recognize 100 companies -divided into five categories according to the size of the workforce- that obtained the highest score according to the responses of their employees regarding their experience, as well as the way in which they relate to their colleagues, leaders and the company in general.

Beyond the names of the award-winning companies, it stands out that they are places where female employees feel confident regardless of their age, job title, type of contract or seniority. According to GPTW, this means that the majority of women feel that:
