For some years now I have been participating in a reading program called Writing as Readers with the method designed by Estela D'Angelo of the Spanish Association of Reading and Writing (AELE) and which is carried out, thanks to a lot of alliances, in several countries around the world. One of its pillars is that written culture is practiced with two verbs: reading and writing. It is not that one reads and then writes, they are not consecutive practices but parallel. Reading leads to writing and writing leads to reading.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
