Why do we all know how to cry? Because crying is something born in the human being, it is a capacity that develops -physiologically speaking- even in the womb and that, from labor, birth and even death will have different meanings in our own lives and in the lives of those around us. 

We will put it into practice in a thousand different ways and we will even unveil the thousand and one mysteries that surround our crying and the thousand and one ways to do it.

If everything in our brain and in our body goes well, we will never stop crying, we learn, what if, where, how and with whom. Almost always alone, because is there anything more embarrassing than crying in society? Whether of happiness or sadness.

She doesn't know how to handle her emotions; don't be a crybaby, men don't cry; those are crocodile tears, crying in spurts; she cried her eyes out, she's a crybaby; I'm going to hire her to cry at my funeral....

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
