The statistical value of a Mexican's life is between $200,000 and $800,000. 

That is what it 'costs' the economy for a person to die early. 

A few days ago The Lancet published a very complete report on the management of the pandemic in the world. Evidently, they did not just stick to political data or to the inferences of those responsible for the pandemic in each country, but compiled data from 22,000 sources in 204 countries and territories.

According to the reportas a result of the direct and indirect effects of COVID-19, between 2019 and 2021 Mexico, Peru and Bolivia had the largest declines in the world in terms of life expectancy at birth and increases in excess mortality.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
