Violence and mistreatment inside newsrooms in the media is still a taboo. A taboo that knows no borders and that is repeated in every country and in all types of news companies.

They have just published the results of an investigation carried out in 14 Latin American countries (including Mexico) where the enormous impunity and lack of protection that those of us who exercise the fourth estate are experiencing. 

This is the report "Media without violence. The urgency of approach and prevention policies".by the Asociación Civil Comunicación para la Igualdad of Argentina in collaboration with UNESCO and the Federation of Journalists of Latin America and the Caribbean (FEPALC).

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
