Aplaudidor or aplaudidora: he or she who gives flattery along the lines of servility.
Servility: unworthy behavior of humans lacking self-respect, judgment or high financial need.
Criticism: opportunity for improvement
There is nothing as annoying as a man or woman who likes to work as a doormat.
They like to give cheap and easy flattery in order to make themselves look good to those higher up in the hierarchy. Especially when it comes to labor relations.
They are those beings who open their mouths and show how little they are worth by putting the best virtues in those next to them.
