Hormones do play against

I am not ashamed to admit that hormones do play against me. The issue is how I assume it, use it and survive it, without overwhelm, fury and reaching the most desired line the right middle of emotions.

Calm down: the worst phrase said to a woman who is losing control. 

Estás Loca: not very empathetic phrase about losing control

Control: Daily work to understand and survive the world and its complications.

Sometimes I want to cry, but I can't, I must show myself strong, capable and impermeable. Smile is the best way to avoid bad comments about sensitivity. 

Sometimes I want to shout, loud and long, to make everyone turn around and see the injustice that goes on in the world in the face of the complacency of those who think it is normal to walk all over people.
