Love: Deep feeling of admiration in spite of what we do not like.

Friendship: Deep sense of belonging, life support.

Passion: Deep feeling of desire, impulse and emotion for what is done and said.

Every day is a day of love and friendship.

Every day is about embracing those we love, admire and cherish even though they are not perfect. Who is? No one.

My grandmother always repeated: "Love does not take away knowledge". A saying that with the passing of the years has much more value and depth. A phrase that applies to all areas of life.

Despite all our love or admiration for someone, it is not possible to live in self-deception and not recognize what is not right, what we do not like, what bothers us, what hurts, what does not help, what hurts, what destroys, what is toxic and what is a lie.

Daily interpersonal relationships are exhausting, I don't say so, science says so, humans who come and go trying to survive with our emotional, physical, financial and mental shortcomings.

An 86-year study at Harvard University, published last year, revealed that the secret to happiness and a long, healthy life is based on interpersonal relationships and the close, supportive bonds we weave with those around us.

But it is also true that accepting the truth of our actions, attitudes and emotions gives us lightness of thought and the ability to understand others.

Although we love our loves of life, we cannot lie to ourselves that sometimes they are insensitive, not very empathetic, alien or even distant, humanity is going through a complicated time where we want to label everything, where artificial intelligence today also replaces conversations, where some put themselves in the category of friends, husbands, wives, eternal girlfriends, lovers, partners, my milf, the sugar, my "worst is nothing", the gustito, the one of the end, the one of the month, the one of the fortnight, the one we love, the one we have fun with, we are putting people in boxes to be able to survive with so many emotions and needs together.

Daily life and our daily emotions are not unrelated to politics.

The fact of recognizing Sheinbaum's brilliance to become the first female president of Mexico, should not blind us, as in love, that her administration has started far from the citizens, not from the like-minded, to those money, recognition, shelter and complacency. I am referring to those of us who did not vote for her and trust that she could be a better political opportunity for this country.

Love does not take away knowledge, today, the president has left much to be desired when it comes to victims, searching mothers, abused women, women who were left without cancer treatments, children waiting for a specialist, families in Sinaloa who are crying out for peace and the opportunity to resume their lives, to guarantee them that leaving home will not be a death sentence due to violence.

Love does not detract from knowledge, Trump will be the most voted in the United States, but his supporters cannot lose sight of the fact that his policies are involutionary, a return to dirty fuels, obscurantism in research because he ran out of resources to support the World Health Organization, because he cut resources to support children in Africa, to research the cure for AIDS and to protect the environment.

Love does not take away knowledge, and Putin's supporters should not fail to recognize that he is a tyrant and dictator, who this year could finally take what he wants from Ukraine and erase part of its history.

Maduro's supporters must recognize that he has no fight, only survival in power and the financial guarantee that his family will eat three times a day. Maduro, Ortega and Diaz Canel are not friends of the people. If you are from Venezuela, Nicaragua or Cuba you can no longer be fooled.

Women at the forefront of the debate, leading the way to a more inclusive and equitable dialogue. Here, diversity of thought and equitable representation across sectors are not mere ideals; they are the heart of our community.
