La Chingada: Quinta in Palenque, Chiapas where the president will go.
To fuck off: when welfare is thought of only for the like-minded.
It is not the same thing that takes us... we go to a Quinta in Chiapas.
It is not the same, because there the president has been building a comfortable life for himself, there are public works, there is the Mayan Train, its flavors and the ceibas he loves so much, undoubtedly reaching that Quinta with a little money saved during his years as president and some "prolific" businessmen children, is unthinkable for most Mexicans at the end of a lifetime. Andrés Manuel will be privileged. Not so the 5 million that he could not pull out of extreme poverty, those who will not go to the Quinta, but will be taken away by the chingada.
The high-flown word for some, indispensable for others, reminds us that there is a distance between the realities of Lopez Obrador's Mexico and many Mexicans whom he does not respect, whom he does not want to see, with whom he does not want to dialogue, for the simple fact of thinking differently, of not being related to Morena, of not applauding his lies and questioning the corruption of his government.
Undoubtedly the cherry on the cake for the closing of her government will be the Judicial Reform, a poisoned inheritance for Claudia, she knows it and assumes it, that is why they hide behind the lie that the people voted to elect judges, magistrates and ministers, when that is false. They never told the people that the man or woman of justice, the one who would handle their divorces, inheritances, cases of violence, patriot powers, crimes, abuses, extortions or prisons would be elected by a tombola, that is why Mexicans did not vote.
We did not vote for retrogression, we did not vote for authoritarianism and much less for the trap with which they achieved this reform.
They used corruption to assure that they will put an end to corruption in the Judiciary, extortion, threats or cheating to justify that this is what they want to fight. A nonsense, a chain of incongruities with which we are going to crash.
In the end, to weaken the power that is not subordinated to the president, such as the legislature, is to take control of justice in this country. They will decide who is guilty and who is not.
It is a story to suit themselves, that's why they want justice so they don't have to be accountable, to take care of their friends, their children and perpetuate themselves in power.
It is unfortunate that Sheinbaum arrives so tainted on October 1.
It is sad to see how they seized the truth and painted it as a lie, how theirs did business as they criticized in the past.
Indeed, they are not the same, they are worse, they are truculent and incapable of adding critical voices. They only want praise, applause and benefits that they want to perpetuate.
They say they are not dictators, but they behave as such. Just look at the photo of Claudia and Andres in front of the Armed Forces, not even in the best of their dreams had they seen themselves with so much power and with so much impunity.
Complicated days and months are coming, especially for those of us who do not think like them, for those of us who build on differences and believe that the truth has not died and will not go to hell in a Quinta.
Surely in Palenque, life will be good, but in the chingada where the others are, it will be necessary to rebuild better, stronger, more solid and capable of transforming the adverse environment that is approaching.
We should not be pessimistic. But neither can we live in self-deception, the kind of self-deception that today's Morenistas and their supporters enjoy.
If it is not leading us... we are on our way there, far, far away from truth, justice, democracy or transparency.
And buckle up because this ... is just the beginning.
