Week five out of the office due to burnout and a medical report that states: "It reinforces the importance of maintaining specific schedules for food, sleep hygiene measures, moderate physical activity, recreational activities and daily rest, in order to promote their work, family and social functionality".

I have been 100% teleworking for more than three years and I am the only one of the team installed in Mexico.
